At SlayGood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy. Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped or produced. If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Customers must contact SlayGood customer support before sending any items back, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and approved.
Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval; however, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card company.
