Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. SlayGood does not charge additional restocking fees for returned items. Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, and refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
